We take pride in our Italian heritage by creating our own dough in house with pure Italian olive oil, Italian premium brand flour, sea salt and yeast. We let it rise for 24 hours for better digestion. We also make our own tomato sauce without any additives like acid citric or nitrates, using Italian brand tomatoes, oregano, fresh Basil, pepper and sea salt. We source the best ingredients from local farms and importing some of our main product from Italy. We never over salt our pizzas for the freshness of our ingredients and for a healthier pizza. We bake them in our beautiful imported Italian wood fired pizza oven and burn locally sourced oak wood. If you’re not in the mood for pizza we also offer charcuterie boards and fresh salads with different salad dressings that we make in house. To balance the savory of the pizza don’t forget to add sweetness at the end of your meal by having one or 4 of our homemade cannolis and desserts that is sure to hit the spot.Buon appetito!
